Oleg Cross, Shareholder

Oleg Cross is an experienced and recognized litigator.  A graduate of Duke University School of Law, Mr. Cross honed his legal skills at Cooley APC – the nation’s premier law firm.  There, he represented Fortune 500 companies and individuals in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including high-stakes cases, in which the amount in controversy exceeded $100 million.

Today, Mr. Cross represents mid-size businesses and large companies in all types of business disputes.  Additionally, his clients include CEOs, Directors and Officers, brokers, and small business owners.  He further serves as an outside counsel for small technology companies and various mid-size companies.  He is well-respected in the legal community, and other lawyers often refer him work and seek out his expertise in complex litigation matters, class actions, and federal practice and procedure.

Mr. Cross has a great deal of motion practice, writing, and trial-preparation experience.  His Big-Firm training and his writing skills make his particularly suitable to handle business litigation matters.  Several of his cases have resulted in published decisions – all favorable to his clients.  His commitment, professionalism, and dedication have earned him praises from his clients, legal awards, and recognition from his peers.

In 2011, the major legal organizations in San Diego voted to select Mr. Cross as the inaugural recipient of the Judge David R. Thompson Award, for his outstanding service to the legal profession and the public.  In 2009, the San Diego Metropolitan Magazine named Mr. Cross as one of 40 Under 40 brightest and most enterprising professionals.  He has twice been honored by the San Diego legal community as a recipient of the 2007 and 2008 Top Young Attorneys by the San Diego Daily Transcript, which honors the “rising stars” in the San Diego legal community.  Additionally, he frequently speaks and publishes articles on a wide range of legal topics.
